I highly recommend Lana for anyone who buys or sells property in Florida. We had a complicated buyer, but Lana was able to come up with the most creative way of navigating the situation and saved the transaction. She is a highly recommended professional
Great realtor. Easy to work with. Gets the job done. Call her don’t hesitate.
We tasked Lana with getting us 2 houses within a month. No easy task in the current market. Within a week, we were in contract with 2 homes. She worked tirelessly to accomplish this. Her negotiating skills are nothing short of amazing. Somehow we got both houses below asking price and some money towards repairs. In an As-Is state and in a brutal market for buyers, I’m not sure how she managed to do this. She was available 24/7 and was knowledgeable about the current market and gave us sound advice on getting the right home for the right price. We will be using her again in the near future!
Lana went above and beyond what is/was expected of ANY realtor. She worked diligently to find us the right TWO houses and get us the best deals in a very tough market. Her negotiating is superb and she surprised us more than once. She answered every question we had, walked us through the process of closing and couldn't have been more responsive. We will use her again and I would recommend her without hesitation.
Lana hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
