We were over the moon when we found out our offer was accepted. After that, we began doing all the paperwork for our home loan and again, Nick and Sarah helped guide us throughout the loan process. Their communication is great, I don’t think I ever had a text go unanswered more than an hour or two. Nick and Sarah met us at our new home to give us the keys and once we arrived, we could see the genuine excitement they had for my wife and I.
