I am 1/2 of the selling couple and I could not have been happier with Tom‘s help, professionalism in the face of difficulties with escrows for two days anticipated showings to sell resulting in six months of frustration. He was the solution not the problem. We were the problem and he helped us solve it in very creative ways. He was always humble, polite, humorous, and very focused. He was a gem to work with.So many details were addressed in the background that we underestimated initially. He really knows his business! Never was he unavailable for showing us properties that would make things work. We looked forward to his 9-10 PM touching bases.

Emilio is everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. He is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding. He always looked out for our interests and was quick to answer and respond to all our questions and concerns (especially as first-time home buyers). It always felt like we were safe with Emilio. We were able to negotiate a good price for the home, and Emilio knew exactly how to do it. Once we went into escrow, Emilio was spot on in his recommendations for inspections and repairs. I think it's rare to find an agent who combines all the traits that Emilio has. He's a great guy and an excellent agent. We couldn't have been happier, and we highly recommend Emilio.
