Emilio is everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. He is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding. He always looked out for our interests and was quick to answer and respond to all our questions and concerns (especially as first-time home buyers). It always felt like we were safe with Emilio. We were able to negotiate a good price for the home, and Emilio knew exactly how to do it. Once we went into escrow, Emilio was spot on in his recommendations for inspections and repairs. I think it's rare to find an agent who combines all the traits that Emilio has. He's a great guy and an excellent agent. We couldn't have been happier, and we highly recommend Emilio.
