He has been a San Diego Resident since 2005 after he fell in love the with the inclusive community, beautiful beaches, sunny weather, and diverse culture. Academically, Emilio attended CSUSM where he was the President of the Global Business Management Association. After interning at the European Aeronautic Defense and Space Industry (EADS) as a junior project manager in Germany, Emilio graduated with a bachelor's degree in Global Business Management.
Growing up, Emilio learned the ins and outs of real estate by watching his parents buy and sell investment properties, developing a passion for the industry at an early age. Over the years he witnessed first-hand the downfalls of having a bad agent which led him to begin his career in Real Estate. In 2015, he got his license and hit the ground running, closing 10 deals within his first year. Emilio began growing his business with commercial real estate sales and business leases before transitioning to residential real estate full time. Currently, Emilio is the President of the La Jolla chapter for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) which is a purpose-driven organization that’s mission is to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership. He is honored to be an advisor and advocate that helps Hispanic families achieve the American Dream in a sustainable way that empowers them for generations to come.

Outside of work and education, Emilio is quite a world traveler, having visited 38 countries. He also keeps active by surfing, hiking, snowboarding, camping, and overlanding. Emilio is also a huge dog lover, and he enjoys spending his free time with his lab mix named Charlie who he rescued while vacationing in Mexico. Together they go on runs, bike rides, hikes, walks to the dog park, and even travel together.
