Melissa hands-down is the best Realtor I’ve ever had, and I have bought and sold several houses over the years. First, she. is an awesome marketer, priced it just right. We ended up getting an offer for the full price the next day! She knows what she’s doing, is it extremely professional, and a delight to work with. What’s also special are the little extra things she does for her clients, which no other Realtor has ever done. Aside from her great realtor skills, she’s also a wonderful person. I would absolutely hire her again, and can’t recommend her enough!

Melissa was so great. We had a house that was inherited in an area that we were not totally familiar with. I lived so far that being physically there was difficult. Melissa not only was compassionate and empathetic regarding the loss of our family member, she made things so much easier. The second we handed over a copy of the keys, she took a huge weight off our shoulders. She had contacts for everything, was able to help set up an estate sale, and took care of all the issues that came up so that we didn’t have to travel to the house. Everything was able to able handled online as well as her arranging a mobile notary. I cannot recommend her enough! You will not regret putting your trust in Melissa!

Melissa went beyond our expectations. She was always there to help us with anything we needed . We remove from a different State and it was not easy. But Melissa made the transition. Very smooth. I am so grateful. I met her. She has become a great friend. Any questions we needed. She was always there to help us! I have recommended Melissa to all my family members and if we decide to move again, I will definitely use Melissa for my real estate agent again!

He helped us sell our home in California, and I honestly can't imagine having gone through that process with anyone else. If you're looking for an agent who knows the market and works hard, Andrew is the one. I'm convinced he's the Bigfoot of real estate; you read the reviews and get an idea of the experience he delivers, but then you work with him and realize every one of those reviews is true.

Our experience with Performance Real Estate was excellent. Having had a disappointing experience previously in purchasing a home, we were overwhelmed by the care and professionalism afforded to us by Andrew and his wonderful staff. We sold our home in only two weeks for above asking price! Many of our neighbors were stunned at the speed of the sale and many commented that we must have listed it at the right price. We appreciated the great communication and thoroughness PRE showed us throughout the process and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. Tom Goette and Teresa Harkema

We cannot thank Andrew and Nick enough for their outstanding service. We trusted them because of their excellent reputation in the real estate business, and they did not disappoint. The team went above and beyond, making the real estate process smooth and stress-free. We would gladly recommend Andrew and Nick to potential customers looking for a trustworthy agent.
