Again she professionally took care of business even though she had to deal with a rude and unprofessional buyer agent. She turned her other cheek and didn't budge to his ridiculous demands. Both my parents had passed away and i was selling an inherited home. Doug wanted to make this process as easy as he could for me, so we decided to sell as is. Doug put my house up for sale on a Saturday and we received multiple offers the first 24 hours. Doug was on vacation the following week and still did a lot of work behind the scenes and by Tuesday we had some great offers to review! By Wednesday we accepted and Thursday we were in escrow! Wow! Doug was excellent at communication throughout the house sale. Escrow was a breeze he said. We made a great team! Everything was quick and seamless throughout the whole process.
