Wow! What a fantastic experience we’ve had with Marlyn. She supported us with purchasing our first home in La Mesa in the midst of the pandemic in 2020. In 2022 she helped us with selling our first home and buying our dream home in Encinitas. She got us into escrow 5 days after listing our home in La Mesa and negotiated an excellent deal for our new home in Encinitas. In less than 30 days, we closed escrow in both houses (seller/buyer). I want to start off by saying thank you!!! I first started looking into buying our first home back in early 2021 and for one reason or the other it didn’t happened. We were in communication the entire time and finally decided to try again around November 2024 when I realized that the market wasn’t getting better. Alex is the most patient person ever, I am a really needy person. Alex has always been good at communicating, checking in, guiding us through the process and making us feel really comfortable and confident. I will always recommend Alex to anyone that is looking into buying a home, he is really honest and even if a property is nice and you fall in love with it, he will let you know if there’s any issues or if it’s not a good investment for whatever reason, he will not allow you to buy something that is not going to fit you, just to sell. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
