I want to start off by saying thank you!!! I first started looking into buying our first home back in early 2021 and for one reason or the other it didn’t happened. We were in communication the entire time and finally decided to try again around November 2024 when I realized that the market wasn’t getting better. Alex is the most patient person ever, I am a really needy person. Alex has always been good at communicating, checking in, guiding us through the process and making us feel really comfortable and confident. I will always recommend Alex to anyone that is looking into buying a home, he is really honest and even if a property is nice and you fall in love with it, he will let you know if there’s any issues or if it’s not a good investment for whatever reason, he will not allow you to buy something that is not going to fit you, just to sell. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Mike is a legend! He really went above and beyond to not only sell our house quickly and painlessly, but also for absolute top dollar. He gave us great advice to help prepare our house and even helped us stage it for the photos, which by the way were so freaking awesome that at first sight I didn't even recognize our own house. The open house planning and setup were so good that Mike pulled in 12 great offers for us! He then helped us negotiate a mind blowing good offer and constantly stayed on top of everything to make sure our house closed without any major issues. Now we are on the hunt for another house and Mike again goes above and beyond to make sure that we get that perfect dream house. We highly recommend Mike! He is a great guy and we really enjoy working with him.
