We recently worked with Jeannine to find a home in SD after relocating across the country. If you are looking for someone to really be there for you and work with your schedule, she is your agent. We had to constantly see multiple houses in 1 day, at one time seeing 12 in a row, all we did was send her the houses and she made it happen - no questions asked. She never forced something on us and was very accommodating to any properties we wanted to see, even though she probably knew before walking in that it likely wasn't the house for us. She goes out of her way and brings up important factors to consider while deciding on the right fit. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent for their real estate needs especially families with kiddos as she really knew how to work with that added stress, being a mom herself (she was ready for my toddler on our 12 house day trip and was even occupying my toddler while we looked around). After interviewing many agents, I knew very quickly that Lorraine was the right person for the job. She was professional, articulate and delivered exactly what we agreed upon. I really enjoyed working with someone who gave me the freedom to give my input about a meaningful property of mine.
