My wife and I were so lucky to work with Team Bennet. Kevin and Cortney were incredibly professional in every aspect of selling our home. They were also very pleasant, friendly, and easy to work with. For me, after working with many realtors, what sets them apart is their advising and negotiating skills. As a lawyer, I truly value those skills. They were not interested in making a quick deal, even when that was in their interest. Their interests were aligned with ours; getting the highest price for our house with the best possible terms. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Jay knows the San Diego's neighborhoods and helped us find the right vibe for us. He showed us several suitable homes for our needs and helped us find the perfect spot. He was very thorough and responsive during the whole process. I always felt confident with Jay and knew we were in good hands. He helped us negotiate a good price and got a great house. He followed through on every step including even going to City Hall to verify the builder's plans were filed correctly. Highly recommend!! Jay is awesome! Would use again anytime.
