We first met Jeannine at an open house and were impressed with her friendliness and knowledge of the RB/Poway area. A few months later, we decided to get serious about downsizing and gave her a call. Best decision ever. She let us take the lead while guiding us through important decisions, and steering us away from potential pitfalls. My wife and I opted to sell our rental condo in Rancho Bernardo earlier this year. We selected Jeannine LaChance as our realtor on the recommendations of several people, family and friends.
