Stephanie is an OUTSTANDING realtor. We met with different realtors before deciding to work with Stephanie. She presented an excellent strategy for our home sale. She was very knowledgeable in market insights, calm under immense pressure, incredibly responsive and highly professional and personable. She met our wishes but wasn’t a “yes woman”. She consulted us on the best way forward and we trusted her expertise. She pivoted to market dynamics while protecting the value of our home. She also helped me get into my new home with ease given a short escrow. Despite market conditions there were always showings requested because of Stephanie’s deep network and marketing effectiveness. Stephanie went above and beyond which made an extremely stressful process (2 week escrow!) manageable. She always made us feel like we were her only client even though she was selling homes left, right and center.
