I needed to seek my mother’s home. Ted had been a family friend for years and he was the first person I turned to. He realized the house needed upgrading,b it we didn’t want to go through a major remodel. He had the painters and contractors to make the upgrades. It was still a buyer’s market, but we finally found a good buyer and the transaction closed rather smoothly. Thank you, Ted.
