Ricardo is an incredibly knowledgeable professional who truly knows how to guide clients through the complexities of home buying. I am sure that navigating this market can be incredibly anxious with agents who simply regurgitate information, but Ricardo takes the time to thoroughly walk you through every step. Beyond his sharp technical expertise, his warm personality and genuine desire to serve his clients stand out above all else. He consistently checked in on our readiness and always did his absolute best to accommodate us, whether we had one house or ten houses to tour on a weekend. Whenever we found a property we liked, he was lightning-fast to reach out to the listing agents and gather key insights for us. After being outbid on a few homes we thought were "the one," my wife and I grew discouraged and impatient. We asked Ricardo to pivot to townhomes instead of single-family homes. He listened intently, walked us through the new process, and was completely ready to switch gears, but he gently encouraged us to take a day or two to reflect. He reminded us that "patience is key." Taking his advice, we gave it one more shot that very night and found our home. As we began the bidding process again, Ricardo kept us grounded while aggressively working behind the scenes, doing his due diligence and constantly engaging with the seller’s agent. Ultimately, his proactive approach and constant communication gave the sellers total confidence in us, securing our offer over slightly higher bids. Thanks to Ricardo and his team, including Mirna Rios, we closed within 20 days with negotiated seller credits and repairs included. We couldn't recommend him more highly. If you want someone who will give you an honest attempt at finding exactly what you need and settling for nothing less than, Ricardo is your agent. He has now successfully secured homes for three members of my family and I'm sure there are more to come in the future!

I run my own real estate investment business, so I work with a lot of agents and my standards are very high. Over the last 60 days I had three escrows going at once, and Ricardo Velarde not only kept up with the pace, he exceeded my expectations at every step. We completed a 1031 exchange from NYC to San Diego while simultaneously selling another property, and Ricardo managed to get both of those transactions closed within 14 days. It was honestly one of the smoothest sets of deals I’ve ever been a part of. His understanding of 1031 exchange rules, timelines, and all the moving pieces gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. Ricardo is the whole package: knowledgeable, professional, proactive, detail‑oriented, and incredibly responsive. He communicates clearly, anticipates issues before they become problems, and always comes to the table with solutions. As an investor, I really appreciate that he thinks strategically about returns, timelines, and risk, not just about “getting the deal done.” On top of that, he’s organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure, which matters a lot when you have multiple escrows and strict exchange deadlines. He coordinated smoothly with lenders, escrow, and the other agents involved, and kept me updated without me ever having to chase him for information. I’m super excited and grateful to have found Ricardo and I’m already looking forward to doing more business with him. If you’re an investor or a serious buyer/seller who wants an agent that can actually handle complex transactions, I highly recommend working with Ricardo. Thank you, Ricardo!

Thank you for everything! You made it all simple!
