I hired Mark Mercer as my listing agent and so happy that I did. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns, putting me at ease as I had never sold a home before. His confidence and manner of communication made me comfortable. He offered excellent advice on inexpensive improvements that would have the greatest impact with Buyers and made several referrals for parties that could assist me. He communicated all through the process. He thoughtfully marketed my property that resulted in many private showings over a very short period of time, resulting in a top dollar all-cash non-contingent offer! I was so pleased with his performance that I engaged Mark as my Agent in my new home purchase, where I received the same high level of service. I highly recommend Mark Mercer; he provides a personalized level of service that is very rare in the industry.
