Bob Crain was one of the best realtors I have ever used and I have used a lot of realtors as we have bought and sold many properties in the San Diego area. He has very good negotiating skills and ideas on how to get the most for your money. Either selling or buying properties I would recommend Bob above all the other realtors I’ve ever used.
