Bob Crain was one of the best realtors I have ever used and I have used a lot of realtors as we have bought and sold many properties in the San Diego area. He has very good negotiating skills and ideas on how to get the most for your money. Either selling or buying properties I would recommend Bob above all the other realtors I’ve ever used. I’ve also sold Harmon homes back in the day, working with many realtors as well as staging homes and found that Bob is above the rest.

Bob did a fantastic job helping us get our home sold and negotiating a great price. He helped us with contractors, inspections, and guided us through-out this process. His experience was invaluable.

Bob did a wonderful job helping us find and purchase our first home! He was very honest and thorough in the process and cared more about us finding a place we loved at a price that was consistent with the value of the home/market than pushing a purchase. He has a lot of years of experience working in this field which you will quickly come to appreciate. He was timely in his communication and patient in taking the time to answer all of our questions. Hands down Bob loves what he does and loves people. He has a great heart and is a real estate agent you can trust!

Bob did an incredible job getting my house sold. It was middle of winter, stormy and not the best time to sell but a great property. Bob never lost sight of promoting the property. He was always available and a pleasure to work with. Bob also has extensive knowledge of real estate, banking, escrow, leasing …everything you need to make an informed decision. He also vetted prospective renters and buyers and kept me from making mistakes that would have cost me in the long run. It’s important to have a good one on one relationship with your agent and not be pushed to young agents with no expertise. I highly recommend Robert/ Bob to anyone in the market either buying or selling.
