Bob Crain was one of the best realtors I have ever used and I have used a lot of realtors as we have bought and sold many properties in the San Diego area. He has very good negotiating skills and ideas on how to get the most for your money. Either selling or buying properties I would recommend Bob above all the other realtors I’ve ever used. I’ve also sold Harmon homes back in the day, working with many realtors as well as staging homes and found that Bob is above the rest.

Bob did an incredible job getting my house sold. It was middle of winter, stormy and not the best time to sell but a great property. Bob never lost sight of promoting the property.
