At my first meeting with DJ and his wife Brielle I felt confident that my wife and I would choose DJ as our agent. He made our experience in selling our house as easy as possible, and explained the contract in easier terms to understand. His understanding of real estate was very good and would respond to our texts quickly If I was ever to sell another home I wouldn't give it a second thought to calling DJ once again.

Responsive and helpful.

I cannot recommend Joon Fuller highly enough. I first worked with her in 2021 after interviewing five different realtors to help me sell and buy property, and she was clearly the strongest choice. She priced my condo higher than others suggested, and it sold for over asking price. When I went on to purchase my next property in a multiple-offer situation (six offers total), the sellers chose my offer specifically because of her excellent communication and professionalism. Most recently, Joon truly went above and beyond. In October, I was considering selling a rental property but was unsure due to the market and the steady rental income. When my tenants moved out at the end of September and no new renters showed interest, I became concerned. My property management company was unresponsive, and after a neighbor walked through the unit and reported a strong smell of dog urine, I knew immediate action was needed. I contacted Joon on a Sunday night, and she stepped in immediately. She was at the property the very next day, and by Tuesday morning she had brought in a contractor. The entire kitchen floor needed to be removed and replaced, and she coordinated everything; new flooring, full interior paint, and repairs to every detail, quickly and efficiently. From that first call to being listed on the market took just 15 days! We listed on a Monday, and by Saturday I had seven offers, all over asking price. When the first offer fell through, Joon did not miss a beat. She had already lined up another buyer and secured another strong contract without delay. Joon's thoughtfulness, responsiveness, problem-solving skills, industry connections, and commitment to her clients are exceptional. She consistently delivers results and handles even the most stressful situations with confidence and care. She takes time to explain everything! I would absolutely work with Joon Fuller again and recommend her without hesitation! I feel so fortunate to have had her by my side.

Excellent experience from start to finish. My agent was knowledgeable, responsive, and guided me through every step of selling my home. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
