Sale went fine. Open houses were well organized and attended. Setting the price in this market was difficult. Kristy was at showings to support sale. Overall a success. Road to closing was rough. Buyer and buyers agent continually asked for more threatening to walk constantly. She had to defend and stuck with it. Overall- would use her again.

Bozena was amazing to work with. I switched to her after my previous agent didn't take me seriously and was not proactively finding properties for me to tour. I found Bozena through Zillow and she was very thorough, detail oriented, and listened to what my needs were. She followed up and followed through on everything - including the title company, the mortgage lender, the listing agent/homeowner, the condo association, and me whenever it was needed. We had a very short time between contract and closing and I honestly don't think we would have closed on time if it has not been for Bozena. Her responsiveness to my questions could not have been better - even after the closing when I realized that some of the kitchen cabinets did not have drawer pulls. I would work with Bozena any time. She is an excellent real estate agent and understood that I had a busy work schedule. This is not my first home purchase so I know what a good agent looks like - it looks like Bozena!
