I rarely write reviews, but in the case of Capt. Mike Godwin, I have to make an exception. Next to getting married, buying a house, especially for retirement, is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. The real estate broker that guides you through the process is critical to making it either a celebration or a disaster. I was fortunate to find Capt. Mike and his efforts and expertise are why I now live in Paradise. My search took over three years. Capt. Mike always had time for my endless questions and actually videoed three houses before we found the perfect home in Dunedin. He is professional, meticulous and patient. Anyone looking to move into the Pinellas County area should look no further than Capt. Mike Godwin as their realtor.

Excellent Realtor. She got me the price I wanted.
