I am a Canadian citizen who owned property in Florida and was not familiar with rules and regulations that applied to that piece of real estate. Jon Bauer took care of everything. I didn’t have to research anything , appointments were set up everything was taken care of. He went above and beyond even securing outside professionals when needed. Most of my transactions were completed virtually. All transactions were dealt with professionally and with the utmost competence. For any other real estate transactions that I have in the Florida area Jon Bauer is my guy!
