The condo market in Florida has changed significantly over the past 3 years. Marcetta is knowledgeable of these changes and reasons behind them. She educated me to these changes in an open and professional manner. She was forthright in her presentation of what she believed the market would value my condominium and reasons why. She always did what she told me she would do and kept me informed of showings and feedback. She was on top of issues that came up during the pre-closing period and the closing went smoothly. So thankful to Marcetta for her thoughtfulness and continuing communications from the Listing Presentation to my receiving the proceeds at closing.
