She also possesses creative negotiation skills, allowing me to purchase a home for under its market value, while also allowing me to get most of the expense to replace the roof paid for with our offer. Rebecca helped us sell a rental property in a limited time frame, with issues that taxed all of us with the surprising obstacles from cash Buyers, one of whom did not have sufficient funds, another who asked to be released from the contract due to personal illness, finally finding a Buyer who was able to close. For all three contracts, Rebecca remained professional and worked with us and the buyers to complete our sale.
