Rebecca helped me purchase my first investment property in Pinellas Park. I began working with a different realtor, but they were unresponsive and I could only get a hold of them once a week. Realizing that my property manager for a house that I was renting was also a realtor, I decided to switch to Rebecca, and I'm very glad that I did! Rebecca is very responsive, responding within minutes through text and email. If I wanted to look at a house, she was very willing to go and tour it with me on that same day around my schedule. She is also very diligent with the paperwork and processes required to close on a house asap, alleviating the stress that goes with getting inspections and appraisals completed. She was already ahead of the game, scheduling these necessary steps, turning in the required paperwork to the lender, and getting quotes from contractors before I could even ask about them. She also possesses creative negotiation skills, allowing me to purchase a home for under its market value, while also allowing me to get most of the expense to replace the roof paid for with our offer. With her expertise, experience, and diligence, buying my first home was a smooth process thanks to Rebecca. I highly recommend!

Rebecca helped us sell a rental property in a limited time frame, with issues that taxed all of us with the surprising obstacles from cash Buyers, one of whom did not have sufficient funds, another who asked to be released from the contract due to personal illness, finally finding a Buyer who was able to close. For all three contracts, Rebecca remained professional and worked with us and the buyers to complete our sale. We needed to close before the end of the year (tax planning) and Rebecca accomplished this for us. Three executed purchase agreements (one default and another released) with an outcome we are very pleased with.

Rebecca was recommended to us by an acquaintance and proved to be quite helpful, patient, and resourceful. Our transaction was done by long distance, and she was able to make it appear seamless, even during slightly stressful conditions! I would definitely seek her skills again!

Since we were new to the area, we relied on Rebecca's local knowledge more than anything. While I happened to have found the home first due to having registered for Zillow email alerts (thanks Zillow!), Rebecca was able to get us a viewing within hours. Great home so we jumped on it quickly with an aggressive offer and terms that Rebecca suggested. Rebecca was critical in getting us get our new home!

A little over a year ago I started looking at homes from afar to become a snowbird calling several realtors many of whom either didn't call back, cared more about their commission than my needs, or had lack luster about their career; I'm also not a novice flipping many homes in the past up north. With that said, Rebecca truly was outstanding in every way possible! It DOES make a difference hiring broker who is very experienced A-Z, it can and will make or break a deal. She actually "listened" to my needs then guided me accordingly knowing each and every neighborhood or pocket of St Pete to find me a good fit. I happened to find a place that went on the market the that night, calling her before work hours the next morning not to mention we hadn't even personally met yet, dropping everything to be at the property on a moments notice. This was not a normal deal either, it was a hot property that had several offers immediately but she whisked us off to her office to get the contracts out asap, all the while remaining in constant contact w/the other broker whom she had a very good rapport with. In addition, Rebecca made great suggestions throughout the negotiations which I was hesitant to accept because often I think I know it all but her personality and knowledge allowed me to trust her which ultimately lead to edging out the other offers to get my home. Bottom-line Rebecca was the deciding factor in getting my home! Then to top it off she had a vacation planned having to leave prior to the closing but had a great business partner Fonda to assist w/any last minute questions or details all the while Rebecca kept checking in w/me despite being on vacation - now that's commitment. I would not waste my time writing such a glowing review had it not been earned in its entirety, HIRE REBECCA STEWART!!!

Rebecca was right there helping me navigate through the whole process from beginning to end. Diligent search for my new home to find the perfect fit. Then took over with contacting and making appointments with all the various trades (appraisal, inspections, etc) that was required to put paperwork together for mortgage company. I am in my home now and her assistance was priceless!
