She kept us informed on next steps, did all research on properties prior to showings, stayed on top of everyone involved to keep the ball rolling, drove across state several times to make sure tasks got completed. There were several external factors (market, disorganized HOA, oddball tenants in other units, to name a few) but Melissa was diligent in marketing the unit and working around them. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great understanding of the Pinellas market, whether it's beach properties or something in a neighborhood. I can't recommend her highly enough!
