Just closed on a second property with Troy and am profoundly sure we found the right realtor. He’s always prepared for our showings with all available documentation so we’re as informed as possible. He’s no nonsense about highlighting where we may run into repairs and helped us multiple times from making huge mistakes on homes we were strongly considering. Victor Crespo was referred to me upon reaching out to a realtor who I had worked with when originally moving to Florida and into my previous home.
