I had known Bill Newsome as a good neighbor and friend for a dozen years before I asked him to list my house. He checked back with me regularly as I prepared my home for photos and open house, never pressuring me but always asking if I needed assistance. I trusted him to choose the appropriate listing price. He recommended a two-day weekend open house so that all offers could be collected by Monday. The house was sold in 3 days for considerably over the list price. He continued to check on me in the weeks before and after closing, which I greatly appreciated, because packing and moving long-distance is very stressful. His voice was always calm and reassuring, and I welcomed his input. I highly recommend Bill Newsome as a realtor.
