Colleen encouraged us to have her help sell our condo . We at first were trying to sell it ourselves and almost did, but she assured us she could help us do better. After we listed with her she had a buyer in 2 days with a considerable profit to us even after paying the realtor and closing fees. She was very knowledgeable about the market and our condo.
