I first used Rebecca Wellborn’s service as a realtor when I moved to Florida from Colorado in 2012. She was highly recommend to me. She proved to be an absolute gem, not only her commitment and dedication to help me find a home within one week, but her follow-through for many months, and actually years thereafter. When I decided to sell my home, Rebecca was the obvious choice for a realtor. She has been in the real estate business a long time and it shows. Once again, she became my rock! Rebecca is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor. She’s meticulous in her data collection and recall. She is an asset in helping the process of buying or selling, proceed as smoothly as possible. When my closing, almost fell through due to issues concerning my buyer’s buyers, it was Rebecca who came up with the solution for my buyer’s buyers realtor! One thing I learned from the sale is that nothing is straightforward and so much can follow a less than direct path. I’m so happy that I chose a seasoned, smart and savvy realtor who always had my back! When the going gets rough, Rebecca knows how to step up to the plate, remain unfrazzled, and take control!

I didn’t particularly like being so rushed to close when there was no time crunch. I was misled into believing the buyers needed to move sooner than they actually did. My neighbor has since told me they still haven’t moved in and it’s been six weeks now. I was told they lost everything in Hurricane Helene but apparently they had another place to live.It was very disappointing to find this out as my husband and I busted our butts to move out over the busy Thanksgiving Day weekend. My plan was to gradually move to our new house and take my time so I could figure things out as I went. I guess the agents needed their commission in a hurry. Beth has been a long time friend and I wanted to make sure she got her commission because she took her time with me and we looked at many houses for years but I was disappointed in the end. I understand, though, how “sales” work and I don’t hold this against anyone. I just thought she would have looked out for my well being a little better; if the situation was reversed I would have done anything to make her life easier.

Debra was very helpful and professional in answering any questions my wife and I had throughout the entire sale process. She worked in a very expeditious manner to get our home sold quickly and a closure date of less than 4 weeks. I would highly recommend Debra to anyone looking for a realtor to help them sell their house.
