Jonathan was a treat to work with. I was more or less going into the process blind other than a little research I had done on what to expect with cost. Jonathan described the process very clearly and answered all the questions I had. He made sure to always make himself available and worked with my schedule to go on viewings. He provided contacts for everything I needed. When it came time to make an offer and do all the paperwork, he did a great job explaining everything I was signing so I always felt well informed. When it came time to get an inspector he came to me with great options and handled all the scheduling. After that was done he again made sure to walk me through the inspection results and helped me understand what was found. The people he chooses to work with are very friendly and professional. They all spoke very highly of him and said they loved working with him. Overall, he made buying a home a stress free and enjoyable experience!
