The difference between good agents and great agents is a wide chasm. I’ve bought and sold a few houses and I’ve installed the electrical on at least a hundred over the years. There are so many variables when you sell/buy a house and consequences as to your quality of life, net worth, and retirement. So glad I didn’t listen to the advice, from a well-to-do agent, on the first home I purchased. I know houses better than most and these are my people to wrap it up.
