Working with the McKay team was the best decision we made to sell my house! The team knows the comps for the market really well, provided support and navigated us through the sale with our best interest in mind. We had to sell our house relatively quick due to a cross-country move and Renee and John took the time to really get to know us and understood our needs as a family. When we had to move out of state before putting the house on the market, Renee kept an open communication and coordinated all the moving parts to get the house ready. Both Renee and John made sure we were on the loop and advocated for our interests during negotiations. We really could not imagine doing this move without them on our side. We can't recommend them enough!

We worked with Jordan from John’s team and both of them are very quick to respond, communicate clearly, and happy to answer all of our questions. They obviously have a great team that work well together. In working with Jordan closely, we found him to be knowledgeable about the market and has a broad understanding of home builds and upkeep which was useful in knowing what to watch out for and during the inspection period.
