As one of two trustees for my sister after her death Paula was a blessing . She walked us through the process of preparing a rental duplex for selling. The property had been rented by the same people for over 20 years. There were a lot of repair and cosmetic work to be done. Since I live in Texas and the other trustee lives in Wyoming all communication had to be handled by phone. Paula advised us and did a lot of the leg work for us.
