It had been many years since our last purchase. Paula was extremely knowledgeable, always communicating and keeping us up on any issues. Never once did we need to call for updates. She was always the first one to call. So attentive, we felt like we were her only client. We did have issues come up in the inspection. There were repairs that needed to be addressed. I have never worked with a negotiator as capable as Paula. I feel more like we made a family friend, rather than just hired a realtor. I definitely can’t recommend her high enough. I’ll not use anyone else.

It was an emotional time for me. I was faced with selling my sisters home after her death. As one of two trustees we asked Paula to help. We were not able to be in Portland for the process. I Iive in Texas and the other trustee Iives.in Wyoming. All of our communication was handed by phone. Paula advised us as to things needing to be done to get the most value. Since I live in Texas and the other trustee lives in Wyoming all communication had to be handled by phone. Paula advised us and did a lot of the leg work for us. With her help we received more for the property then we expected to. She was a blessing to us.
