It had been many years since our last purchase. Paula was extremely knowledgeable, always communicating and keeping us up on any issues. Never once did we need to call for updates. She was always the first one to call. So attentive, we felt like we were her only client. We did have issues come up in the inspection. There were repairs that needed to be addressed.
