Ann has helped me buy two properties thus far. She's knowledgeable, patient, and goes the extra mile for her clients. When I am ready to buy/sell again, I'll be calling Ann. You should too.

Ann Reed helped us navigate thorough investigation of a new place from electrical to sewer to radon, etc. Unlike other realtors, she took a chance on us. We've had other realtors turn their back on us because we initially didn't qualify for a loan. But because we showed we had enough cash to close, she allowed for us to be our representation as a realtor and got us our property to close quickly and become home owners for the 1st time in our lives. Please consider future work with her.

I couldn’t have sold my condo so quickly and at such a good price without her market savvy and “people” skills. She knew when to push and when to concede (she had helped me buy the condo three years earlier). I relied on her sense of timing and her skills at staging the apartment for prospective buyers. The photos that she commissioned for the webpage were just beautiful and surely played a role in the quick sale. I’m so grateful to Ann for her encouragement and support; she is the consummate professional.
