I would highly recommend Erin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is an excellent communicator and listener who took the time to really understand our concerns/questions. Erin came up with creative and strategic approaches to parts of the process we assumed would be difficult and leveraged her in-depth market knowledge to help us find a new home in our target area. She negotiated a great offer and also got us top dollar for our existing home. The staging and marketing were outstanding, and we had multiple offers to choose from. Erin is professional, responsive, and a wonderful person to work with. If we ever decide to buy or sell in the future, we will call Erin!
