Marjorie knew all the ins and outs of the process and was diligent about keeping us updated. She was quick to answer our emails and texts with our questions. She is a gem and very personable. I would definitely recommend her as your agent and I plan on using her in the future.
Troy is extremely professional and prepared. I used Troy for 2 home sales, and he was excellent on both. Troy knows the market well, he knows how to advertise, and he is excellent at communicating with you during the entire process. He got me exactly what I was hoping for on both homes, and couldn't have made the process easier. If you are selling or buying a home, I would highly recommend using Troy. Oh and a bonus, Troy's commission is lower than a lot of other agents as well, thank you Troy!
