We had spoken to her on the phone & through emails regarding what we were looking for in NC and she delivered! She listened to what we wanted in a home & a community, and she found it for us. During one of our last meetings with the contractor (The Final Walk Through), Katherine was very helpful in picking out areas that needed a little extra attention before we closed. The Cheek Team also recommended and independent home inspection before the close which turned out to be very helpful (small items but another comfort level in the choices we made).
