I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with the Cheek Team. From beginning to end, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. They went above and beyond at every step and made what can be a stressful process incredibly easy. Their communication and attention to detail were exceptional. Tina took us to a variety of houses matching our specifications in different developments. When we decided on a place she supported us through the negotiations with the builder, helping us get more features added to the house. Since we were out of state during the construction, she regularly sent us pictures and walkthroughs of the house as it was built. She suggested a lawyer and an inspector along the way. She kept a close eye on the quality of the work and participated in the formal inspection, ensuring the issues were closed correctly. She continues to support us after closing with all the things we need to do to move in. Tina has been wonderfully supportive throughout and has made the process so much easier. I am absolutely the type of person who values word of mouth recommendations. Having said that, Tina had worked with an extended family member a few years ago and they highly recommended Tina along with her team. My wife and I where on vacation for a week and having visited North Carolina last year and absolutely falling in love with the area, we where determined to visit the many communities around North Topsail in search for land to buy. By Wednesday we found the perfect lot. Tina's market knowledge of what we should offer for the land we purchased saved my wife and I good amount of money. Tina was easily accessible during the whole process and within a few days we had an accepted offer for an incredible building lot. The entire process couldn't have gone any smoother. Probably within a weeks time we went from looking for land to being recorded owners, most of the paperwork was done after we left for home.
