The Cheek Team was recommended to us through a friend of ours. My wife & I felt very comfortable beginning with our first face to face meeting with Katherine. We had spoken to her on the phone & through emails regarding what we were looking for in NC and she delivered! She listened to what we wanted in a home & a community, and she found it for us. Being from the Northeast we were concerned about the Carolina storms and flooding and Clif did a great job of explaining all of that to us. He made us feel comfortable in the choice we made. Anytime we had a face to face meeting with our contractor, either Clif or Katherine was there with us. We always felt like they were looking out for our best interest. During one of our last meetings with the contractor (The Final Walk Through), Katherine was very helpful in picking out areas that needed a little extra attention before we closed. The Cheek Team also recommended and independent home inspection before the close which turned out to be very helpful (small items but another comfort level in the choices we made). Over the years I have dealt with a few realtors. The dozen or so from buying and selling or renting can’t even come close to the professional and true concerns for the customer as the whole Cheek Team! From the first encounter with Carlo I knew that he was the guy that I most likely would used. The other realtors couldn’t even come close to trying to understand what I wanted not what they thought I should want in this market at this time.
