Fate led me to a unit in Islander Villas Condos. Unfortunately I was unimpressed by that particular unit. But Clif suggested I look at another property in the same development. He was very patient while I inspected and asked hundreds of questions. I decided to make an offer; but I asked him for some guidance. In a very low key manner, Clif offered his advice. After a few back and forth offers and counters, we settled on a price attractive to both seller and buyer.
