Karen has all the qualities we wanted or needed in a realtor and she went above and beyond to meet our needs. Her research and knowledge of the homes we looked into was excellent. There is no such thing as a dumb question about a home for Karen, if she does not know the answer to your question she finds the answer quickley!! Our strongest impression of Karen is plain and simple...she wanted to put us in the home WE wanted. After discussing our budget and what we were looking for she showed us several homes. We fell in love with one that was $50K under our budget. There was not one mention of another home once she knew how we felt. She could have easily encouraged us to keep looking at other higher priced homes which in turn would put more money in her pocket, she did not suggest we keep looking. Our experience working with Karen was great. We were very comfortable with her, which was very important to us. Karen is Top Shelf in our book!
