She quickly sent us over to Tina who took excellent care of us. Both Katherine and Tina were quick and responsive. They did a lot of research on houses for us and provided everything we asked for. Throughout the home buying process, Tina was there every step of the way which was especially comforting as we were not local at the time. Very good customer service. It was a long process that took alot of time on my end. But they never gave up on finding the perfect Canal Home with all the details we really wanted. When you think of buying a property you deff. want these guys to be in your corner. They are fast at responding, stayed 4 hrs. with are home inspection and had a really good company to handle all the details. When deal was made they set us over to the lender and she was as great as you could imagine. If you need help ask for Brenda and Tina and don't look no further.

Tina took us to a variety of houses matching our specifications in different developments. When we decided on a place she supported us through the negotiations with the builder, helping us get more features added to the house. Since we were out of state during the construction, she regularly sent us pictures and walkthroughs of the house as it was built. She suggested a lawyer and an inspector along the way. She kept a close eye on the quality of the work and participated in the formal inspection, ensuring the issues were closed correctly. She continues to support us after closing with all the things we need to do to move in. Tina has been wonderfully supportive throughout and has made the process so much easier. I am absolutely the type of person who values word of mouth recommendations. Having said that, Tina had worked with an extended family member a few years ago and they highly recommended Tina along with her team. My wife and I where on vacation for a week and having visited North Carolina last year and absolutely falling in love with the area, we where determined to visit the many communities around North Topsail in search for land to buy. By Wednesday we found the perfect lot. Tina's market knowledge of what we should offer for the land we purchased saved my wife and I good amount of money.
