Communication was excellent from the entire team. We were kept informed at every stage, from listing through closing, and never had to wonder what was happening or chase anyone for answers. Questions got fast, clear responses. Carlo truly went above and beyond. With a move ahead of us and a baby on the way, he even offered to help my wife and I pack up our belongings. That kind of generosity goes well past what you'd expect from an agent, and it showed how much he cared about us as people, not just a client.
