We had spoken to her on the phone & through emails regarding what we were looking for in NC and she delivered! She listened to what we wanted in a home & a community, and she found it for us. Being from the Northeast we were concerned about the Carolina storms and flooding and Clif did a great job of explaining all of that to us. He made us feel comfortable in the choice we made. Jayne would also reach out to us from time to time to see if we had any questions or to follow-up on previous correspondence. We really appreciated that! Anytime we had a face to face meeting with our contractor, either Clif or Katherine was there with us. We always felt like they were looking out for our best interest. During one of our last meetings with the contractor (The Final Walk Through), Katherine was very helpful in picking out areas that needed a little extra attention before we closed. The Cheek Team also recommended and independent home inspection before the close which turned out to be very helpful (small items but another comfort level in the choices we made).
