I picked Natalie Moore from the 4,000 agents that came up when I did a realtor.com search. (I was surprised you can't filter that list in any way.) After briefly skimming bios and finding some "commonalities" with Natalie I reached out to her. I was undecided on a final area and took two trips to find "towns" I liked and finally a neighborhood. Natalie offered suggestions and insights, was patient with me, but most of all, she got to know me and what I was looking for. She could and did then offer information on neighborhoods, existing houses, etc. that I was not seeing. And she kept suggesting until the moment I drove out of town and back to Maryland! Then I made decisions and she handled everything except closing on the ground for me in the Coastal Carolinas. She was instrumental to visiting last-minute homes and giving me feedback, did my first walk through, and helped fight with the mortgage company when they failed me nearly at the last minute (forgetting to order an appraisal!!). We made it to closing on the day, if not the time, originally scheduled. Natalie was a key cog in that! And she even was with me at closing when the time changed so she could look over the closing papers, before she had to go to another appointment! I would highly recommend Natalie! She knows the area, takes the time to get to know what you are looking for, and sees it through to the end! She actually suggested the Calabash area, where I eventually landed, when it wasn't even on my radar! But it was just what I would have been hoping for if I had known it existed. I am forever grateful.

Tina took us to a variety of houses matching our specifications in different developments. When we decided on a place she supported us through the negotiations with the builder, helping us get more features added to the house. Since we were out of state during the construction, she regularly sent us pictures and walkthroughs of the house as it was built. She suggested a lawyer and an inspector along the way. She kept a close eye on the quality of the work and participated in the formal inspection, ensuring the issues were closed correctly. She continues to support us after closing with all the things we need to do to move in. Tina has been wonderfully supportive throughout and has made the process so much easier.
