Kathy was a “full service” agent. She was extremely knowledgeable about and helpful in all facets of preparing our property for sale. Once on the market she was active in promoting our property and keeping us informed of potential buyer activity. Once under contract she supported us through the closing process.
She always answers texts and emails quickly. She's very knowledgeable and professional. She has a great personality and easy to get along with. She makes you feel comfortable with her. I took me a year or so to find a house and in that time She's always had time for me no matter how small my questions were. I can't say enough good things about her, only if you need someone who will get the job done it's her. I highly recommend Kathy.
