Tina took us to a variety of houses matching our specifications in different developments. When we decided on a place she supported us through the negotiations with the builder, helping us get more features added to the house. Since we were out of state during the construction, she regularly sent us pictures and walkthroughs of the house as it was built. She suggested a lawyer and an inspector along the way. She kept a close eye on the quality of the work and participated in the formal inspection, ensuring the issues were closed correctly. She continues to support us after closing with all the things we need to do to move in. Tina has been wonderfully supportive throughout and has made the process so much easier. I am absolutely the type of person who values word of mouth recommendations. Having said that, Tina had worked with an extended family member a few years ago and they highly recommended Tina along with her team. My wife and I where on vacation for a week and having visited North Carolina last year and absolutely falling in love with the area, we where determined to visit the many communities around North Topsail in search for land to buy. By Wednesday we found the perfect lot. Tina's market knowledge of what we should offer for the land we purchased saved my wife and I good amount of money. Tina was easily accessible during the whole process and within a few days we had an accepted offer for an incredible building lot. The entire process couldn't have gone any smoother. Probably within a weeks time we went from looking for land to being recorded owners, most of the paperwork was done after we left for home. It is hard to believe we just purchased our third home under the stewardship of Susie. This wad my first resale buy in a long time. The process is a bit different then a new home purchase. We appreciated the guidance and professionalism Susie provided. The contacts Susie and Maya have for minor repairs, cleaning, loans etc. went a long way in simplifying this purchase.

Emily went above and beyond for us in every way. Communication was fabulous, she would keep us updated as soon as she had an update to share, working for us as late as 10 pm on a few occasions. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about today’s market, she was able to explain the ins and outs of real estate in simple terms, and was also willing to give me a full lesson on the deeper aspects I wasn’t understanding (appraisals, concessions, escrow, etc). At our first meeting, she came to our home with comps printed with an “estimated seller net sheet” so from the very beginning, we had an estimate of what we would be spending/profiting at different selling points, fees, concessions, mortgage payoffs, etc. It was so helpful to have this in front of me when offers came in to be able to make quick adjustments to see how good the offer truly was. Emily never treated us like “just a job.” She went out of her way to make sure that we were doing okay with the entire selling and relocating process. I’m so thankful that Emily was the one to help us sell our home.

We bought a new log home in Murphy. Talked to Melanie about selling and moving. She said that what you want is not in Murphy it is in Hayesville. The next day she had a new house for us to look at. We went in and loved it there is so much more to do in Hayesville . We then had here sell our log home in Murphy. She sold that house in 2 weeks. She is a great realtor.

I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and have never worked with somebody as professional, organized and kind as this wonderful woman. As we were out of state buyers, we needed somebody who could be our eyes so to speak. And Melanie was just that! Once we found our home, the transaction was not easy as there were quite a few issues after the inspection. Melanie is a great intermediary, and we truly were very happy that by working with the sellers agent got all of our issues resolved in a timely manner. When we arrived in town, (my husband had never seen the home) Melanie made sure that we became familiar with the area so we would feel right at home. She is the best of the best. If she didn't immediately respond to my calls, she would call back very shortly after no matter what she was doing! My experience with Shane was very positive. He communicated well and is very knowledgeable about the NC buying process, which was especially helpful for someone coming from out-of-state and being a first time homebuyer in NC. He helped me every step of the way from finding an excellent mortgage broker to get pre-approved to completing all the tasks during due diligence. Shane was quick to schedule and go to showings when I requested to see a property. He also found other properties to help me expand my search. But, Shane's experience and expertise really shines after the offer is accepted. He was extremely helpful during the due diligence period in coordinating the law firm, the inspection, survey, etc., - all were top-notch professionals.
